As a founding partner and Vice President for Malcolm International, Vince provides executive oversight and leadership for operations primarily in our Southwestern Region and Southern Intermountain Region.  Vince provides the experience necessary to lead all project pursuits; project planning and startup strategies; training and development; construction and execution phases; and successful project delivery through closeout. 

Growing up in Hawaii, Vince began his heavy-civil career on the islands in 1991 as a carpenter and progressively took on responsibilities including foreman and general foreman; superintendent positions; and increasing management roles gaining essential experience at all levels of the industry. Vince specializes in complex technical bridges and alternative contracting models. Vince has managed operations throughout the United States and Canada on contracts exceeding $2 billion.

Prior to Malcolm International, Vince worked for over 25 years at one of the nation’s largest construction companies and its many Joint Ventures.  During this time Vince was involved in the pursuits and construction of some of the most complex heavy structures and marine projects across North America.
